As an ordinary Swedish man, I opened the doors of my one-room apartment and now everyone dreams of living here! 🧐🤩Living in a 3️⃣5️⃣ square meter apartment can not only be possible but also desirable! 🤌😏Let’s take a look inside my studio-like home in this article! 👇
To live in a one-room apartment or studio can be quite challenging and cause controversy. When one lives in such a small place, the first thing that crosses our mind is that they face financial problems, are students studying in other countries or are recently divorced adults.
Only few may guess that living in tiny houses can be conditioned by the owners’ style, preferences and convenience. When one doesn’t have someone to share an apartment with, it becomes a possible option. Today’s apartment is in a historical building in Sweden dating back to the 1902-1904.
As the new owner made major changes here, it becomes hard to guess what year it actually dates back to. Of course, one can find historical and retro elements as well which have been kept by the owner in order to maintain the value. All the rooms are in a perfect condition.
Most importantly, the owner is fully satisfied and has recently welcomed us to this fantastic house which, of course, left a stronger impression in reality. The living room is quite small but features a comfy sofa of a yellow hue, several interesting paintings and a lot of plants.
The kitchen is designed in light colors and features white a kitchen set. Here, one can find all the necessary appliances and conveniences for a proper living. There is quite a standard bathtub in the bathroom, an «old but gold» sink and a large mirror.
When the candles are lit and the light is switched off, it becomes somewhere mystical and atmospheric.
