When I arrived home, something caught my eye outside. My neighbors had tossed away a peculiar object — a large chair with a strange hole in the middle, and beneath it, there was something that looked like a motor or some kind of mechanism. A cord was attached to the device, which left me even more puzzled.
I stood there for a moment, trying to make sense of this mysterious item. My first thought was that it could be a massage chair, but why would it have a hole in the seat? My second guess was that it might be an exercise machine. The more I examined it, the more questions I had.
Unable to resist, I began searching online for answers. Honestly, I was prepared for all sorts of possibilities… but what I found shocked me.
It turned out to be a pelvic steam bath, a device designed to help with various health issues, particularly for women.
That’s when it hit me. My neighbors had actually used this chair for its intended purpose, and then discarded it!
To say I was stunned would be an understatement. I couldn’t help but imagine them taking turns sitting on this odd “throne,” surrounded by steam… and now, there it was, sitting out in the open for anyone to see.
I’m at a loss for how to act around my neighbors now. Every time I run into them, I want to ask, “So, did it work? Did it help?” But instead, I awkwardly look away, trying to keep a straight face.
