Initially, he did not know what was inside the ball, but he suspected that it was a queen bee.
In this uncommon clip, Fred Boucher, who has been growing queen bees in his backyard, detected a hive (nuclear bee colony) under one of his mating hives.
The bees were very thrilled, he heard a loud giggle inside the ball.
He had never witnessed anything like it, initially, he did not know what was inside the ball, but he suspected that it was a queen bee.
Why did the bees assault the queen bee?
As Fred describes in the clip, each queen must leave her nuclear bee colony where she is the head of the colony. To give birth to bees, she must cease mating, fly to where there are drones, and mate with many of them.
Then it must come back to its novelty. This is the only time the queen leaves her hive.
But in this queen’s case, she made the mistake of surviving as well as coming back to the wrong core.
