Jack Nicholson has spent decades as one of Hollywood’s most recognizable stars, but these days, attention is also turning to his youngest daughter, Tessa Gourin. Now an adult, she has developed a striking look of her own — although many people believe the resemblance to her famous father is impossible to miss.
Tessa is the daughter of former waitress Jennine Gourin, who reportedly had a brief relationship with Nicholson in 1994. Nicholson has never publicly acknowledged Tessa as his daughter, and she has previously spoken openly about growing up without a relationship with him.
Recent photos shared by Tessa show her with dark features, hazel eyes, strong brows, high cheekbones and a distinctive gaze. Unlike some of Nicholson’s other children, who have lighter coloring, Tessa appears to have inherited several of the actor’s darker features.
She also seems comfortable embracing a natural appearance. On social media, Tessa regularly posts casual photographs with little or no makeup. She has even joked about her own transformation over the years, once sharing old and updated passport pictures and simply captioning the comparison “Glowup.”
Her followers frequently point out the resemblance to Nicholson. Some say it is especially noticeable around the eyes and eyebrows, while others believe her smile and facial expressions immediately reveal the family connection. A few have even argued that she resembles Nicholson more strongly than some of his other children.
But appearance may not be the only thing the two have in common. Like Nicholson, Tessa has pursued acting and has apparently been drawn to performing since childhood. She once shared an old video of herself performing a scene from the musical “Annie,” complete with a wig, showing that she was comfortable in front of a camera from an early age.

Despite growing up without Nicholson playing an active role in her life, Tessa appears to have inherited both features and an interest in acting that inevitably invite comparisons with the Hollywood legend.
