Police officers came to the place of the incident to take the dog out of the road.

Lexi is a German Shepherd who ran away from her owner’s house and got lost. He was spotted along the highway.

The dog was scared, so she didn’t know what to do. Soon the officers stopped the traffic until they persuaded the poor dog to walk along the highway.
One of the officers gave the dog a delicious snack. She did not refuse, returned to the officers for a snack.
Finally, Lexi jumped into the police car. Mission accomplished.
Lexi was reunited with her owner without any injuries.
