Years ago, the whole America was stunned by the arrival of this unusual baby who was born with a big black spot on her face resembling a mask. It immediately became her hallmark and the trait that stood her apart among all her peers. Ferrer had always been called different and not included. Her rare condition is called nevus.
The little girl has already undergone 80 operations and only a skillful Russian surgeon agreed to help giving Luna a chance to a normal life. The thing is that her parents wanted her to recover not because they didn’t love or support her, but she could be able to build interpersonal relationship and not to be mocked in the future.
One day, when Luna and her mother were in church, they heard a child pointing at her whose mother called Luna a monster. She took that hard being ready for absolutely anything for her daughter’s recovery.
A number of procedures were done to help the doctor see the whole picture of what he was supposed to do.
Today, the Batman girl is fully recovered and no more has the black spot on her face. She is completely healthy and happier than ever.
