Some of the best unprepared music performances I’ve seen in recent times have been at a guitar store or even Walmart when the performers pick up a guitar and start playing. In this clip, 81-year-old Bob Wood walks into a British Audio Service guitar shop in Nashville and picks up one of the guitars from the shelf to try. And what a twist!
The clip was recorded a year earlier and has now gained popularity. As it turns out, Bob is no stranger to music. He performed frequently at Jamboree USA in Wheeling, West Virginia and also made several recordings throughout his career. In 2007, he was inducted into the Southern Legends Country Music Hall of Fame.
