They contain calcium, phosphorus and a whole complex of vitamins. However, many believe that eating them every day is not very healthy.
For the sake of the experiment, one man decided to do exactly the opposite: he ate as many as 7 eggs every day, and after a month he showed what changes had happened to his body.
Jack ate the first three eggs for breakfast. Very soon, he noticed that it was easier to build muscle mass in the gym. It turned out that egg white is simply easier to digest than meat.
For lunch, Jack also added a couple of eggs to his diet. They were not too high in calories, but extremely nutritious and reduced appetite. That is, the guy wanted to eat less, which allowed him to start losing weight.
The man used to fry the last two eggs for an early supper.
Two weeks later, he noticed positive changes in mood. Eggs are rich in choline, a natural sedative that strengthens the nervous system. 100 grams of boiled eggs contain 20% of the daily requirement of tryptophan – this element produces serotonin.
“By the end of the month, I felt more alert, stronger and more focused. Of course, it’s not just about the egg diet, but eggs gave me strength for many things, ” said Jack.
However, continuing such a diet for more than a month is still not worth it. It is optimal to stop at 2-3 eggs per day.
