Due to the help of a group of joyful and wonderful doggies the stressed-out holiday travelers get a dose of happy and positive emotions. O’Hare International Airport which is situated in Chicago seems to be aware how awesome golden retrievers are and they decided to invite the cuties to greet the airport travelers from Dec. 20 – 23.
As Tim Hetzner, the president of Lutheran Church Charities tells it is not a secret that the New Year’s holidays are stressful times for many people and in order to distract the passengers from negative feeling the airport staff decided to get some fluffy cuties for assisting their passengers.
Hetzner also told that some of the dogs were recently sent to Pontiac, Illinois in order to help console a school community which had lost three students during five days both because of illness and suicide.
They are planning to assist more people and organizations who need urgent help and if they can somehow relieve their pain they are always ready to help!
