What You’ll Need for the Dough:

2 tablespoons sour cream

1.5 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

250 ml water

400 g all-purpose flour

For the Filling:

30 ml vegetable oil

1 onion

350 g ground meat

½ teaspoon salt

⅓ teaspoon ground coriander

⅓ teaspoon paprika

100 g cooked rice

How to Make Them:

Start With the Filling:

Finely dice the onion and sauté in oil until soft and translucent.

Add the ground meat, season with salt, coriander, and paprika, and stir well.

Cover with a lid and let it gently bubble over low heat for ten minutes, until the meat is done.

Make the Dough:

Place sour cream, water, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix until blended.

Mix the flour in small increments until a soft, smooth dough forms.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Assemble the Rolls:

Once the meat filling has cooled, mix it with the cooked rice.

Break the dough into 12 pieces and roll each into a thin rectangle.

Place some filling along one edge and roll it up tightly, pinching the ends to seal.

Cook the Rolls:

Heat a pan in hot oil on a medium setting.

Fry the rolls on both sides until golden and crisp.

Ready to Serve!
