The heroes of today’s article are a family who had long been dreaming of having their own cozy apartment. Their choice, however, fell on one with old renovation which required a lot of reconstruction and cosmetic work. Yet, this didn’t stop them and they were quick to purchase it.

Though its area is around 45 square meters, the spouses managed to make truly a comfortable and, at the same time, luxurious place to live. All the rooms underwent significant changes. The hallway has changed beyond recognition. It became more functional and now the spouses were not ashamed to invite guests.

A wardrobe made by the owner’s husband with his own hands and a stylish stout restored by the owner himself gave even more charm to the hallway. Having redesigned the kitchen and living room, they created a spacious and bright space where each item had its place.

Their choice fell on white rectangular tiles for the apron and the facades were in classic white. Probably, the most striking part here is the fridge which is designed in a bright yellow color.

A work area with a simple chest of drawers, a yellow sofa and a TV area created a special atmosphere of coziness and warmth. What concerns the bedroom, it was divided into two parts: a wooden partition in the form of a fence divided the master bedroom and the children’s room.

The newly renovated bathroom where the sky blue dominates deserves our special attention too. Surprisingly, instead of a shower, it features a regular bathtub. Everything is designed in a modern and minimalistic way.
