Laughing, she admitted, “I can’t even do scales, but it’s a start!” The rest of the home is equally inviting. The kitchen, once small and cramped, has been remodeled into a spacious, modern area, now featuring a framed photo of Susan with Pope Francis. The living room is cozy and filled with family photos, a testament to the importance of family in Susan’s life.
Upstairs, Susan shares a poignant memory of the room she once shared with her two sisters. After they moved out, it became her own space. She fondly recalls the record player that used to sit in the corner, as well as her love for The Osmonds. This house holds precious memories, especially after the loss of her parents—her father in the 1990s and her mother in 2007, with Susan being the one to care for her mother during her final years.
