She was the smallest baby in the world, named Kuek Yu Xuan.

The other day, a baby, born 13 months ago with a weight of only 212 grams and a tiny body 24 cm long, came out of the Clinic of Singapore.

She was the smallest child in a world named Kuek Yu Xuan.

At first, the pregnancy proceeded normally, everything was fine, the couple was preparing to become parents.

But in June last year, the woman suddenly felt severe abdominal pain.

May Ling was immediately taken to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed her with preeclampsia.

With this disease, blood pressure reaches the most critical marks. There was a threat to the life of the mother and child.

Doctors decide to conduct an emergency cesarean section when the term was only 25 weeks of 40.

The doctors of this clinic first saw such a small newborn. There was little chance of breastfeeding.

According to a neonatologist, the doses of drugs were calculated individually, up to the tenths.

The diapers had to be cut and folded so that they had minimal contact with the skin of the child.

And so, after 13 long months, a small piece finally returns home.

For treatment, parents had to pay a tidy amount, which the caring residents of Singapore helped to collect.

Now the girl weighs 6 kilograms of 300 grams.

Unfortunately, such early births led to a chronic lung disease, due to which it cannot fully breathe.

But, according to the forecasts of doctors, the condition of Yu Xuan will improve.

For his parents and for all Singapore, this baby is a real miracle.
