The incredible marriage between these two lasted 24 years. It was back in 1966 that they tied the knot becoming an exemplary married couple. At that time, Cuba was best-remembered for his roles in the police drama The Rookies and miniseries Roots. He even earned an Emmy for his work on «Cagney & Lacey». Being originally from Cuba, his passion led him to Los Angeles for the pursuits of big dreams. It was his marriage to Brown that marked a completely new chapter in his life becoming a turning point.
As a reminder, Tyne was world-renowned for her breakthrough role in «Cagney & Lacey» which brought her career into a new level earning her four Emmy Awards for acting. Apart from film, she was also interested in performing in Theatre winning a Tony Award for her performance in «Gypsy». The couple achieved incredible success both in personal and professional lives.
Throughout their marriage, the iconic couple welcomed 3 daughters: Alisabeth, Kathryne and Alyxandra.
